Voter Education Ambassadors

Voter Education Ambassadors work with the City Clerk on voter outreach and education throughout the community. Ambassadors are able to completely and accurately answer frequently asked questions about voter ID, the voting process, voter eligibility, voter registration, absentee ballots, and accessibility. To become an ambassador, attend one of the training sessions listed below or contact the City Clerk's Office about scheduling a special training session for your group.

A refresher training video is available here.  Please note that, due to a recent court ruling, the refresher training is outdated.  Twenty-eight days is now required to establish residency in the State of Wisconsin.  Ballots may be sent via e-mail to only military voters and voters who are overseas.  And in-person absentee voting may not begin until two weeks prior to Election Day.
